"Si tratta di una proprietà di eredità e hanno mantenuto la stessa vecchia struttura, ma la hanno rinnovata con molto attento dettagli sul non compromettere l'estetica di eredità. Il personale, soprattutto neve e matte, erano molto cordiali e utili. Il cibo è stato eccellente e abbiamo invitato alcuni ospiti al loro ristorante e sono stati lieti."

"L'ago nella stanza che mi è stato assegnato non ha affatto raffreddamento.L'ho portato all'avviso del personale alla ricezione dal giorno che ho controllato l'8 maggio. Non si è ancora preso alcuna azione da parte dell'hotel, ieri aveva detto che un'altra stanza sarebbe stata assegnata, ma non è stata assegnata. Se l'ac non funziona, allora non dovrebbe essere messo in servizio per la prenotazione online. Quindi chiunque controlli l'hotel, assicurarsi che l'ac funzioni correttamente, perché dopo aver preso la stanza non ci sarà alcuna soluzione al problema."

"Having stayed in other niramaya properties, i had similar expectations from vaidekam. Location is a secluded hill top, ideal for a no noise night. The property has two entry points. The one google suggests is a twisted one through a 'jungly' area which makes you wonder whether you are lost in the middle of nowhere. Dont take this one especially if you are coming in the night. You are greeted by friendly and courteous staff. Check in process was seamless. Elderly might a vehicle to move around between room and restaurant / spa etc, because the area of this property is quite vast. The rooms are really spacious, clean, airy, and understated with all necessary creature comforts and paraphernalia that you expect in this price point. The view for almost all rooms should be similar i think : all overlook the valley of the small hillock where this property is located. I was unhappy about three things here. First was the very minimal landscaping and gardening. Probably they wanted to maintain that rustic vibe, or may be the works are underway. But when you pay a fortune for one night, you would be expect some visually appealing landscape. Second, there were mosquitoes in our room (not in our other family member rooms) and and couldn't sleep well. And third, even though the dinner items were fairly priced, the taste was ok and the tea and snacks were exorbitantly priced for the quality offered. But no qualms there because it doesn't really spoil your experience. Breakfast spread was good and tasted great. Swimming pool was also well maintained, but no kids area. Activity centre was limited with a treadmill, a body massager and some games. Overall, this is an ayurvedic retreat rather than a resort per se. If you are going as a couple to just unwind, it's good. But if you are going with kids for a family picnic, this may not be worth your money."

Il cibo era buono e pronto in tempo. La richiesta di taxi è stata prontamente organizzata. Il taxi è arrivato sul ponte e il conducente è stato molto gentile.Anche il taxi era molto pulito. "We had booked a two night stay in state beach resort. The property is located on top of cliff facing the serene Arabian Sea. From location point of view it is absolutely 10 on 10. Even though the option in Food section is limited and bit on pricey side, the taste is good and one can enjoy it. In terms of service and amenities, I can score it 7 out of 10. The hotel staffs are very polite and hospitable. Wanted to specifically mention about the restaurant staff Hafeez. He had been very kind and had tried to cater the requests from guests. Thank You!"

La stanza era spaziosa, ben mantenuta e elegantemente progettata, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso. La pulizia e l'attenzione ai dettagli erano impressionanti, e le strutture fornite sono state aggiunte alla comodità generale. Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, assicurando un sonno tranquillo dopo un lungo giorno.
Uno dei punti di forza della mia permanenza è stato l'esperienza di mangiare, il ristorante dell'hotel ha servito una bella varietà di piatti, ciascuno con ingredienti di alta qualità e presentazione impeccabile. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile, ma aveva due grandi cani in alto su leghe che scaldavano e erano un po' intimidanti e difficile da evitare. Ci ha voluto un po' di tempo per ottenere un'auto ordinata in cangur.

UUtente ospiteSeems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

Questo era un po' sgradevole per me, ma non era abbastanza forte da rovinare il mio soggiorno. Il letto era comodo e mi sono addormentato bene. Uno dei miglioramenti è stato il servizio al ristorante del ristorante, il personale sembrava essere sottoscritto e, di conseguenza, gli ordini hanno richiesto un po' di tempo per essere consegnati. Capisco che l'hotel potrebbe essere a rischio di personale a causa della pandemia, ma aspettare un'ora di cibo era un po' troppo per me, ma il cibo era buono e mi piaceva la varietà del menu. In generale, il mio soggiorno all'hotel era abbastanza decente. Anche se ci sono stati alcuni settori che potrebbero essere migliorati, sono soddisfatto dell'esperienza generale.
